Voronoi Diagram with additive weights
Applet usage:
Mode "Add Site": Insert with left or middle mousebutton, remove with right mousebutton. Startweights as listed on the right.
Mode "Change Radius": More weight with left or middle mousebutton, less with right mousebutton (click has to be on Voronoi-Area, not on site)
A Site can moved in both modes.
The applet can be launched as soon as the button is activated.
