Instructions for Preparing Posters for Short Papers
For several years, the LCN conference has successfully offered a track of short papers. The presentation of short papers will be done in a poster style. The LCN conference program will offer a dedicated poster session on Tuesday October 16 in the afternoon the first main conference day (without any other sessions in parallel).
During this session, all authors of short papers are expected to set up a poster giving information about the contents of the paper. The poster presenter will be able to receive direct feedback during the whole poster session within explaining the paper topics to the audience visiting the poster stand, answering questions and/or being involved in vivid discussions!
The recommended sizes for posters are ISO-A1 (594 mm x 841 mm), ANSI D (22" x 34") or Arch D (24" x 36"). Posters should be designed in Portrait format (short edge horizontal).
(Posters up to ISO-A0 (841 mm x 1189 mm, or 33.1" x 46.8") size can be accommodated).
See also http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paper_size.
(The recommendation of poster sizes also applies for short/poster papers of the accompanying workshops of LCN.)
